In this video we will see how to make cornetto ice cream recipe in tamil. We are going to make ice cream cone from scratch and this homemade ice cream cone is going to be filled with butterscotch ice cream. When fully assembled this butterscotch cornetto ice tastes so delicious and it is so light and airy and melts in your mouth.

Ingredients:
For Ice cream cone:
2 large Egg whites (1/4 cup)
1/4 cup Sugar (50 g)
4 tbsp melted butter
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
1/2 cup Maida (65g)
For Butterscotch ice Cream
1/4 cup Sugar (50 g)
1 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Cashews
1 cup heavy whipping cream (250 ml)
1/2 cup condensed milk
yellow food color optional
1 daily milk chocolate melted for decoration
